This may have been the most well operated and best bang for buck meal meal I've ever had in my life. I'm not really sure how to put it into words. It's been two weeks since my husband and I have been to Bouillon Republic as American tourists, and we quite literally were mind-blown. We accidentally stumbled upon a reservation, and as soon as we got to the restaurant, we realized that the average wait time seems to be an hour to two hours for any group size. From the moment you walk in, you realize that you're in a full-blown operation of a French restaurant. It is massive with so many tables and so many staff that are attentively keeping things moving. The best part was really just checking out the menu and realizing how many options you could pick from to land on a reasonably priced meal. My husband and I really got to try everything. We started off with the eggs, which were a unique situation. We were a unique set of flavors. My husband tried the snails. After that, we went into our mains getting both steak and the vegetarian squash plate, which was quite literally outstanding for a flavor across the watercress pesto, and all the other elements to it. The best part was dessert, where we got three desserts: one of the marshmallow-flavored ones, the chocolate pudding, and the best part of our experience - the soft chocolate cake. We've literally been dreaming about that ever since we've come back home. I would highly, highly recommend thinking about making a reservation here well in advance, making it a top priority to visit this restaurant. Because it's quite an operation of a restaurant and just watching how thoughtfully they go through making it a seamless service with this crowd of individuals is really awesome.

A great option for a quick and affordable meal. Plenty of choices and good portions. The staff is friendly. There’s usually a line, so it’s better to book in advance — but it’s definitely worth it

the place was amazing! I could say that it could be the most affordable restaurant in Paris, we paid around 35 euros for everything. definitely recommend doing a reservation, that's why we did not wait at all. our reservation was for 10pm and we walked in straight away to our table when we arrived! I really appreciate the service there; the guy helped us with everything and the mousse was really good, for one person it is too much!!! all the dishes were great and tasty, especially haxe!!! definitely worth to try!

Iconic cafe serving French food at affordable prices. Three courses plus drinks and coffee was EUR48.80. Book beforehand to ensure you can go through the shorter line. Beware that the magnum of soft drink is a great buy but huge!

The place is a vibe, I give them that. Great hall, carved wood wall decorations, red seats. It's a vibe. Service is 0. It took 30 minutes to order since we took our seats. It took additional 30 to tell us they were our of beer. Food is 0. This is the worst steak I have seen. This cut is not even for a minced meat. The shrimp are cooked like the chef is allergic to spice. I don't get it. I have no other words.
