Stayed here for 4 nights during the last week of April. Room is tastefully renovated and spotless clean. Beds are comfortable and amenities are complete. Location wise, it is just across the road from the Saigon Opera House and easily accessible from the new HCMC metro. While the hotel does offer a late check-out option for a small fee, it is understandable that the hotel was fully booked during the Reunification Day celebrations. Would love to extend our stay here a little longer. No complaints though, we managed to watch firework shows from our room on 2 nights. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The hotel is beautiful, room was perfect. The lack of customer service was shocking. No warm greetings at the door just cold faces. If you don't have your dnd button pushed cleaning staff comes by 3 times or more which can get excessive if your trying to rest. Front reception is also not friendly. Went to another hotel in the south of Vietnam and it was a stark difference with exceptional customer service and feeling welcomed. For the price you pay at this hotel I would have expected higher standards of customer service. We stayed 9 days and the day we left one person working there actually said hi and spoke to us (we are super friendly people)

Iconic hotel at the centre of the city. You can walk in most places. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice view. Some more water in the room would have been appreciated. There is a water heating machine but not an espresso maker. Everything works properly even though we spent a lot of time during check in unnecessarily. There is a gym and a pool in the hotel. Also a casino is operating for the foreigners of course. Generally recommended.

Probably the best location in Saigon, if you want to be to all the major tourist spaces. The service is great and helpful. Rooms are clean and got a nice view. The only minus point, I could give is that the breakfast was not exactly their strength. It could be a bit better for being “The Hotel in Saigon”. Nevertheless great hotel! Will definitely come back.

Number one location, with outstanding staff, especially the room ladies taking care of my room 2307, they were very professional and clients service oriented. What you expect in a 5 stars of course but not always... At hotel Caravelle they are care about the clients and they always good morning with a big smile from the front door to concierge front desk or rooms ladies. Bravo for taking care so well us🙏and a special thanks for his professionalism and his patience, and his client service oriented, Mr Hoa, front office manager or assistant manager, he will have a nice and good career in Hotel business. I worked for Accor many years ago and I can see that he is very client and service oriented. Thanks again team Hotel Caravelle for my 8 nights stay here🙏
