  Chạn Restaurant in Hue is a must-visit for authentic local flavors. Their stir-fried young pumpkin shoots with garlic, clams with rice crackers, sour cobia hotpot, and boiled chicken are all perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. The claypot rice and various fermented fish sauces complete a truly satisfying meal. Despite its popularity, the restaurant offers a spacious and airy ambiance. Adorned in a charming, nostalgic Hue-style decor, it's visually stunning. Remember to make a reservation as it gets quite busy!

  One of the nicest restaurants I've been to in Vietnam. The variety and quality of food was impressive and the young lady that served me had very good English + helped with other local food suggestions. Went back for salted coffee the next morning which also hit the spot. Would go back next time in Hue.

  Food is very good. Nice and polite waiters. Reasonable price. All and all about 8$ per person. They have a lovely coffee front as well, but drinks are not very good, just OK.
