We had a reservation so we were seated right away upon arrival. Service was wonderful and we appreciated the friendliness of the staff (despite it being such a hectic night). My only gripe was that the restaurant was a little loud. The signature beef tongue was great and paired really well with the yam dipping. Every item in the set meal incorporated beef one way or another, which was delightful. I really liked the soup in particular. Would definitely come back.

I discovered this restaurant from a review by a Japanese blogger. The restaurant has only one main dish on the menu: grilled beef tongue. What I ordered in the photo is the restaurant’s best-selling set, which includes thick-cut grilled beef tongue and grilled Japanese A5 black wagyu beef. The set also comes with rice cooked in a traditional hagama pot, beef tongue soup, beef tongue curry, grated yam, and a fresh vegetable salad. It’s truly a feast for beef tongue lovers—absolutely packed with it. The slices may look extremely thick, but the tongue is incredibly tender, flavorful, and has no unpleasant smell at all. I already want to go back. Since the name of the restaurant includes both “beef tongue” and “lemon,” I decided to try their lemon soda. It was served in a glass with syrup, soda water, and ice, along with half a lemon to squeeze yourself. The tangy, fizzy lemon soda paired perfectly with the beef tongue.

The food was quite good and really nice for social media, but the beef tongue is a bit too thick for my taste. Felt like french-kissing a cow. The A5 beef strips on the other hand were good. The waiters and waitresses were attentive. If not for them, I would've rated the service one star due to one of the male staff having a really unwelcoming attitude when getting our reservation and being rude during our payment. But at least the others were really attentive. A card was rejected and he didn't even care to go with another method and just shoved the receipt back to our faces in an unpleasant manner. The place is quite cramped, hard not to bump onto another when getting to your seat.

I came here after seeing great reviews, and it did not disappoint! The beef was perfectly cooked to a medium rare with an amazing texture—juicy and packed with flavor. The sides were well-balanced and complemented the meal beautifully. Don’t miss the homemade lemon cider—it’s incredibly refreshing! Reservations are highly recommended.

Upon my first visit to this izakaya-style restaurant, I noticed a welcoming atmosphere suitable for lunch or dinner with friends and family. The layout features high chairs and tables, creating a comfortable dining environment. The restaurant has an intelligent design, making it easy to find the QR code for the menu. Additionally, a staff member is available to explain the menu details, even though their English may not be fluent. For those planning to visit, it is advisable to install the LINE app beforehand, as all orders are placed through it. During my visit, we ordered the "thick-sliced grilled beef tongue set meal" and the special "極み (Kiwami) thick-sliced beef tongue grilled with salt koji." The beef tongue was surprisingly tender and thick, and the unique mayonnaise-flavored beef tongue resembled Hong Kong-style Char Siu in appearance but had a distinctly different flavor, offering a slight smoky charcoal taste without being overly chewy.
