  Interesting banqueting experience in the Paris room of the Chateau Blanc. The venue itself is absolutely insanely impressive while there is a complete mismatch between what is trying to be portrayed and what is reality. Staff are professional and coordinated. Small touches like menu, printing and table place cards looks like they came from a kindergarten more than a professional establishment (-1 point). Set menu was just OK with some logistics issues (items arriving cold from the kitchen), and cost cutting on product (-1 point). Finally, This was certainly an enjoyable experience, and given the opportunity to either host an event, here or come back, I would certainly do the following: 1. Bring my own chef from outside, someone who has a great amount of experience in banqueting. 2. Bring my own wine from outside, I would not rely on the venue to provide wines that do not even have real distribution or a real trade name. 3. Have one staff member as conductor and add handler staff for guests instead of just service staff. Would I come back? Absolutely. Remarkably unique.

  Excellent seafood. Fresh and tasty. Excellent service as well. The whole area is very scenic and pretty.

  Good place to hold party, wedding party and have some massage. However last time I was there (2024) for a big party of nearly 2000 people, everything changed. The waiter acted like we bothered him. When he poured champagne, he spilled and he poured me just a little, much less than other people and I felt like I was treated wrong. Every time he brought food out, he told us to eat quickly so he could clean the table and serve the next dish. Food was not as good as it was before.
