  Doug and his team did a great job catering our wedding. The only complaint people had was that they ate so much that they could not get drunk.

  I would like to thank Doug’s Holy Smoke for the amazing display and incredibly delicious meal they prepared for us and our guest at our June 8, 2019 wedding! What an amazing job they did. I still am still receiving compliments on how delicious the food was every time I talk to the guests that were at the wedding. The food, the service, and display were everything you would expect and more. You guys definitely “scored” at our hockey wedding!

  Doug's catered my wedding a couple weeks ago, and wow! We didn't have to lift a finger. They were so nice throughout the whole process, great communication and very accommodating for us. The food was absolutely delicious and we got many compliments on the food! I highly recommend Doug's for your wedding and events-thank you Doug & Magdalena a million times for your help and service!

  Stopped by their food truck this past weekend, and got the Garbage Plate. There was an issue with the order initially (an item forgotten when putting it together, and they quickly remade the order for me. They were very cordial, friendly, and the food tasted fantastic! The chicken was cooked wonderfully, the mashed potatoes was a wonderful surprise, and the bbq sauce was delicious. They did a great job portioning every ingredient out so that there was enough of each to be present to the last bite. I can’t wait to catch them again and try more!

  Holy Smoke’s BBQ catered a family event in May. The food was delicious! My personal favorites are the pulled pork and the brisket. However I can’t write this review without mentioning the lamb and crab cakes —- awesome! Their professionalism was outstanding. The food preparation and presentation demonstrated their attention to every detail.
