Location is unbeatable for this hotel. Just a short walk to Shinjuku station. Staff were really nice and friendly. View was great, we booked the Southern Tower King Room. The amenities are dated, and they could've cleaned better as it was a little dusty in some places around the room. But overall a good stay and would come back.

This hotel is located adjacent to the Shinjuku station, so it's convenient and easy to get anywhere in Tokyo and both airports. The rooms are spacious for Japan and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean, and high quality toiletries. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning and the buffet has great variety and good quality. Service was impeccably polite and efficient. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tokyo.

Our second stay here. Rooms/amendities may be dated as compared to newer hotels, but its location, large rooms and exceptional views from room are hard to beat. Chose a room facing west side this time. Hotel has also kept up with sustainability efforts and no longer provides bottled water. A jug is provided for self refill at each floor. Wish they had included a gym.

Great hotel in a good location for exploring Tokyo, it's a very short distance from public transport which is a real bonus. The breakfast buffet offers a fine selection of Japanese and Western foods. The hotel restaurant was fully booked when we tried to use it, but there are loads of good options just a short walk from the hotel.

Great hotel 6 min walk to main train station. Location is also close to center. With cafe and restaurant. Seven eleven is under and also Shake Shack. Rooms are bigger than other hotels and breakfast is great. Will definitely be back!
