Extremely helpful staff. Helped with an error we made in our booking without hesitation. Front desk, restaurant, pool staff, housekeeping and door staff we so friendly and inviting. I wish iI could give the staff 6 stars. Not my first visit will definitely not be my last. Great water pressure in the bathroom. Could use a coffee machine in the room but not a deal breaker. Breakfast buffet was very good.

We spent one night at this hotel which I would describe as old fashioned luxury. Breakfast was super nice as well as the swimming pool and the gym. In the evening you can have a drink with some live music. Just to add something to improve, hair drier was totally insufficient. Super small no powerful equipment. A hotel like this one should provide a much better ones.

We had the 2 room suite for our family of 4 and it was huge but cosy with the comfiest beds of our holiday. The 25m pool was almost empty when we were staying, with plenty of sun loungers, a welcome break from the heat of the city. The staff were all amazing. They organised a motorcycle tour for us which was such good fun with a brilliant tour guide and were so helpful when we needed assistance with translation and a lost phone which, thanks to them and a very kind young man we had returned. The breakfast was excellent with so many choices and the restaurant looked out over the pool. We would normally opt for smaller hotels but so glad we booked this place.

We had a great stay at this hotel. I used the spa services at least once each day we were staying and the pool, sauna and steam room are excellent. All staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant menu food was also very good. Our room was excellent with all the comforts and facilities provided in more than enough space. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and would love to return when I'm back in Hûe, Vietnam.

Lovely hotel located in a good area within walking distance or a short grab to main hot spots. Bed was the comfiest we have had the whole trip, and room was by far the largest also, yet very affordable. Staff were always lovely, and a shout out to the super Kha always greeting us with a smile upon our coming and going. Will be back in the warmer months!
