Food is amazing! Try ordering boiled rice (Khao Tom) instead of steamed rice is recommended. All the staffs are so nice and super attentive even when the placed is fully packed. And the price, omg too good!

Loved the old school vibes, it's like a restaurant back in time until you see the office workers, delivery and taxi drivers and students show up in groups. Humble but tasty fare, ordered several small dishes to go with my porridge that was almost like congee - super smooth, amazing texture. For the sides, I got the salted duck egg, pad krapao, clams done in a style that reminds me krapao (super yummy), fried fish, stir fried sweet Chinese salted vegetables and my favourite, chai po. Was served with a complimentary serving of iced pandan-infused water. Great and affordable food, with an owner who was super helpful given my broken Thai. Definitely recommend!

If you want to get to know Thailand, this is the place for you. Small restaurant, modest decor. And only a fan cools you down. But culinary experiences straight from a Thai home. Only Thais come here because the food is sharply sweet, just like they like it. Price also for Thais 20-50 baht. I am here every time I stop in Bangkok. I recommend it.

Had my first Khao tom here and it was the best thing to have for lunch. Communication non-existent but the love for good food prevailed. We got rice porridge to share and vegetarian sides (definitely enough for two if you want something light) and everything tasted soo good! Definitely recommend

Good old porridge place. Variety of dishes available. The best part was the price - very cheap we ordered 10 dishes for thb 160 - amazing price. Super friendly staff - best porridge place for its price.
