Maison Trang in Hue was an absolute gem of a find! I went for the large set menu and every single dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavour. It was a perfect showcase of traditional Hue cuisine – delicate, balanced, and clearly made with a lot of care. From the fresh spring rolls to the fragrant soups and the rich, savoury mains, everything was spot on. The atmosphere of the restaurant is calm and elegant, and the staff were so friendly and attentive throughout the meal. It felt like a really special dining experience. If you’re in Hue and want to treat yourself to authentic, high-quality Vietnamese food, Maison Trang is a must-visit!

A lovely hidden gem inside an alley within the walking street. Plenty of options to choose from, food was delicious and not too expensive. Came in the evening and the place was full of tourists. You have to take off your shoes if you want to dine inside. Portion size was also decent. Can recommend.

Went here last night because of Google reviews. They do not lie. The food was amazing . So fresh and so much flavour. Going back tonight for dinner. My hubby had the Bun Bo and I had the Minced pork skewers that came with rice paper and all the vegetables to add and amazing peanut sauce to dip. Also, had chili on side if you like chili.

A small home stay restaurant that serves traditional Hue dishes. Prices are reasonable. We purchased three dishes. Summer rolls, pancakes with fatty pork and lemon grass grilled ground pork. All the dishes were good. I would suggest the pancake lacks seasoning, however the crunch from the pancake had good texture

Love love love. We came here for a second consecutive night to eat. The food is really tasty (it tastes very fresh and clean) and the proportions are very generous. The people who run it are super friendly and nice to be around. For some home cooked Vietnamese food we would highly recommend it here, we especially enjoyed the plentiful vegetarian options and set meals.
