ordered for the first time take out , 3 fish fry s . I will tell you , if I could rate you 100 stars I would ! I have never had a fish fry in this county that would stand up to this experience . amazing fresh fries , amazing homade fresh slaw . the most amazing tasting tarter sauce . and the fish , it was the freshest , tender , perfectly cooked piece of fish I have ever had. the fish was amazing no greasey after tasted and it was clean and natural with a batter to die for . I will be back and want to try more cause this food made with care and love I can guarantee everything you cook will be an amazing experience

I contacted the owners of Poolville Country Store to host a 40th surprise birthday celebration for my daughter. I definitely made the right decision choosing this restaurant! From planning the menu to helping facilitate secret guest parking, every detail was taken care of. The place is beautiful with tons of old world charm. Our service was excellent and food was absolutely OUTSTANDING!! Thank you Poolville County Store for making our special evening magical.

The food is just incredible. All our tables meals were some of the best food I've ever had in the area and possibly ever. Ossobuco was so amazing, the beef of the day had a coffee rub and it was great, the homemade ravioli was fantastic, handmade pasta as well. I got the catch of the day, fried perch and it was perfectly fried, crispy batter, juicy on the inside.

The service was professional and pleasant. The food needed a little more flavor, found myself adding salt and pepper to everything. The meat and pasta were cooked perfectly. The haddock chowder was delicious. Only wine and beer as, no liquor license due to proximity to church.

First time here after years of being in the area. It was wonderful! A little oasis in the back with a koi pond and plenty of shade for outdoor seating in a quiet village center. Food was spectacular and a good wine selection. Lots of diverse choices from around the world. The owner who sat and served us was very personable and attentive. We even got a visit from the house cat who gave us a quick cuddle!
