  The hotel was clean and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Room with air conditioning, a refrigerator, etc, plus access to washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The rooms are very well insulated—I didn’t hear a single noise during my 12-day stay at the hotel. Everywhere in the hotel smelled fresh and clean. It’s centrally located, making it easy to access everything. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby (from upscale places to cozy little spots with its own unique charm), excellent transportation connections, and the limousine bus from Haneda Airport stops right outside the hotel entrance—which is priceless when you’re traveling with luggage. The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, making sure everything was ok throughout my stay. The view from the room was stunning. I normally point out both the positives and the negatives, but in this case, I honestly couldn’t find anything the hotel fell short on. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

  Absolutely stunning. Incredible service, fast and efficient, kind and professional, such a wonderful stay. Extremely clean, lovely amenities, including a wonderful breakfast buffet on the 25th floor, and great view of the city from basically every room. Highly recommend for some of the closest access to basically everything you need: Family Mart galore, train station, bus station, food hall, shops, and sits right over Shibuya Crossing. Fantastic stay in Tokyo!

  My family stayed at this hotel and it was an ideal base for our trips within and outside Tokyo due to its proximity to the many train lines at Shibuya station across the road. The hotel lobby is at Level 5 of Shibuya Mark City. Our room was a decent size by Tokyo standards and it was clean and comfortable. Our floor had a coin operated self service washer & dryer and from the lift lobby, we enjoyed great views of the Scramble Crossing. We did not have any meals at the hotel as there were many options nearby.

  Really amazing service & personal care from the staff. Priceline messed up our reservation and told the hotel we had canceled (we had not). The hotel staff was extremely helpful with finding us additional rooms and minimizing the impact of Priceline’s mistake. Note: I highly recommend against booking with Priceline!! Priceline was extremely unhelpful. Fantastic location right at Shibuya Station, clean and high quality accommodations. Great view. Overall was impressed with quality for the price

  We had a great stay! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo, which was a big plus. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Shibuya Crossing, making it super easy to explore the area. I also have to mention their bath products—they were amazing and added a touch of luxury to our stay. What really stood out, though, was the staff. I accidentally left my wallet in a taxi, and despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to help me track it down and get it back. Their kindness and dedication made a huge difference. Truly grateful and would absolutely stay here again!
