The hotel looks super nice and clean on the pictures but it is very missleading. Its not a hotel, it is a motel (cheap and dirty). The bed was wobbely, the toilet wasn’t clean and smelled like urin, no glasses in the room, just papercups, room smelly in general. Super cheaply built. If you are looking for a quick solution for one night and dont expect too much it is fine and close to the highway. If you think you’ll be staying in a nice spa hotel and will be cozy - look for sth else. They just paid a lot for marketing…

Good stay, great breakfast! Only downside was that the room temperature was way too hot for me, it was hard to sleep and the windows don't really open on the outside so hard to get a bit of fresh air in. I don't want to have to put the AC on when it's cold outside :/ Other than that, good experience: lovely staff, lovely setting although it's near the highway, and I have to mention the breakfast again ;)

Perfect location for a nights stopover from motorway. Staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful and go above and beyond. Food was nice, starters and dessert were buffet style with the main being served to the table. Breakfast was buffet but personally have had a lot better elsewhere although there was enough to chose from. There are plenty of places nearby to eat should you choose not to eat onsite. The outside areas were pretty with seating and vines. Rooms i thought were tired and could do with updating, however they had everything in them you need and we had a comfy 2 nights stay. Due to the location of this hotel it maybe noisy on a weekdays (we stayed Saturday and Sunday with no problems)

Typical b&b and p/p hotel. Rooms are small, if you lucky enough air conditioners are working. Mine is broken, they switch the room, i said it’s not cooling bbut they said that will be ok. Not ok ofc and i had very bad sleep. Would i stay again, a big no.

our last stopover the evening before we arrived at our holiday destination in the South of France. On arrival we found a great hotel. After we checked in after a long journey we went to our room (2 floors duplex). Unfortunately, we found that the air conditioning on the top floor did not work. it had been a day with high temperatures (34 degrees celcius). During dinner we reported the defect to the reception. the manager went with us to see if it could be solved but unfortunately this was not the case. She went to see if she could arrange another mechanic. When we still hadn't heard anything at 22:00, I send a message to reception and went back to the reception to get an update and ask for a ventilator. They didnt have any! We had a terrible night and hardly slept. Next morning during checkout we hot the message that we didn’t have to pay the drinks at diner (€46,-). Keep in mind that we spend € 319 so we got a discount of 14%. even when we indicated that we did not find this compensation reasonable for the inconvenience, the staff was not reasonable a good hotel distinguishes itself in offering service and solving problems if they arise. This hotel clearly failed to do that. we arrived exhausted at our holiday destination with 2 young children. *Update on reply staff of the hotel*; you say you don’t everything to improve. No you don’t (that’s the problem). You had the possibility to create an ambassador if you solved the issue in a good way directly. You didn’t. And now you reply with your standard reply on reviews. ‘Thanks for your review. We do everything to improve… blabla’.
