Great stay at this hotel. Almost everything was top-notch. The room was great, the facilities (I only used the pool and restaurant) were great. The only thing I felt could be better was the size of the toilet, it felt a little small. The variety of food at the breakfast buffet was good as well, they did try to change the menu when I was there for 3 days. The hotel seemed to be popular with people so that says about their reputation. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are not on a tight budget and don’t want to spend so much on those posh hotels.

I loved this hotel! I only stayed here for a night, and I can’t get enough of the stunning views! I wish I could have stayed longer. The room I stayed in has a view to the river and the bridge, which is beautiful during the day and more so during the night. I felt that the location was very good to, as I could walk to the night market street, a very vibrant area that is closed to vehicles at night. You should definitely visit this if you come to Hue. Lots of restaurants and shops to visit! The hotel also has a nice pool and a very complete gym. The service was great, all the staff was lovely. Breakfast is super good, has great variety of things for all tastes.

Stayed here in May 2025. The White Lotus Hotel’s location is unbeatable, honestly couldn’t ask for a better spot. It’s super convenient for getting anywhere you need to go. The decor is absolutely stunning, just beautiful. The breakfast spread has a mix of continental and local options, but neither is particularly tasty. Amenities are solid, and the service staff are really friendly and helpful. Price is super reasonable. The only drawbacks are the rooms being pretty small, soundproofing is pretty poor and a ton of mosquitoes on the first floor.

On tour this was the best hotel we stayed in. The rooms were modern, well appointed, spacious and had great air conditioning. The pool is a good size and refreshing. The breakfast was also good with some gluten free fair, an omelette station and good coffee. The sky lounge was warm but had a good view. Their restaurant also made good meals and filled up a water bottle when asked. I wish all the hotels were this nice for the price. It was only a couple of blocks to a Win Mary for snacks for traveling.

Overall a quite good experience. Room was spacious, nice decoration. We got a great view toward famous Trang Tien bridge. You might see the flag tower from the room as well. Breakfast included was below average. Nice swimming pool. Location was unbeatable.
