I immediately fell in love after one bite of the creme brulee. Then I tried the coconut coffee and knew this was going to be my favorite place so far in Hanoi. Try these two and you will agree. I also tried the chicken fruit salad which was light and delicious. The atmosphere inside is so cute and quaint. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will definitely come back here. They have a little guest book that you can sign too. I will never forget this place❤️

Wonderful outdoor seatings in a sea of greenness. Plant lover’s paradise. I could imagine sipping coffee in the garden during the colder months when the heat isn’t that excruciatingly draining. Good staff and cozy decor. Highly recommended.

Lovely cafe with welcoming staff and beautiful cozy atmosphere. The jasmine tea and egg croissant was very good. Prices are up for Tet and it’s possibly a bit over priced but it was really lovely and I’d come back during normal prices. They have lots of books and good travel guides too!

Tucked away in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a stone’s throw from the iconic Train Street, this cozy garden café was the perfect spot for a peaceful breakfast. We ordered a classic morning meal that met every expectation—simple, fresh, and delicious. The coffee, however, truly stood out—rich, aromatic, and possibly the best we had in the city. The service was another highlight. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The garden setting added an extra layer of charm to the experience—lush, quiet, and beautifully maintained, it was a lovely escape from the city’s bustle. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxed breakfast with great coffee and genuine hospitality in the Old Quarter.

This is the second time I have visited Xofa, the vibe is chilled and peaceful, helped by having comfortable sofas to relax on. The food and drink menu is comprehensive, we tried the full breakfast, spinach pancake Benedict and muesli - all dishes were delicious and filling. Very much recommend a visit for a break from the chaotic streets of Hanoi!
